This table has had a rough life, it was picked from the garbage and was on my short term list for replacing (aka garbage attempt #2). Thankfully Nicole, with her Pinterest addiction and some inspiration from West Elm, has upped its status from garbage to show piece. A little sanding, paint, creativity, frustration, and a new black walnut top is all it took!
